ABOUT ME
My name is Annette and I grew up in the East Bay and have been fortunate to live here my whole life. I graduated from Miramonte High School and later graduated from UC Davis with High Honors with a B.A. degree in Spanish and International Relations. From there, I received my Master in Business Administration from Keller Graduate School of Management. I've always maintained a strong sense of community through employment and extra curricular and have been drawn to working with kids, whether as a volleyball coach, swim instructor, tutor, or nanny.

MY MISSION
I am passionate about bringing my love for learning together with my love for kids so that children can reach their full potential, whether they are learning a new concept or are struggling to improve, all in a fun and interactive manner.

MY STRENGTHS
Gaining trust of students by establishing a rapport from the beginning. Displaying constant enthusiasm and being engaging and interactive. Holding kids attention by progressing from activity to activity and doing useful exercises that help kids retain knowledge and boost their confidence in themselves. Identifying areas of weakness and finding best learning style of the child to come up with an understanding. Finding different approaches that are uniquely suitable to your child's needs to facilitate learning and to engrain methods of learning to increase retention and build confidence.
