Our policy
If you are using a voucher or purchase order from a charter school and then charter goes out of business while your child is enrolled in a session/tutoring, it is your financial resposbility to owe the difference to account for full payment of the course.

If you are paying by check and it bounces, you will be resposable for any bank fees.

If your child is unable to attend a session because he/she is sick or out of town, at this time, we do not schedule make-ups. If your child has had a fever, diahrea, vomitting, wet cough/mucous runny nose, or a rash within the last 24 hours, we ask that he/she gets better at home.

Standard holidays and breaks from school (winter break, Thanksgiving break, Spring break) are observed and we will not be open during those times.
If at any point the Instructor has to cancel class, a make-up class will be provided within 30 days.
The Instructor reserves the right to discontinue serving the student without a refund if the child has repeatedly (with warning to both the child and the parent beforehand) shown to be disruptive to the class, or is verbally or physically attacking another child. We have never had this happen and don't plan on it!

About our Payment Schedule
If you are using funds from your homeschooling charter and I am an approved vendor, please follow the guidelines for submitting a voucher or purchase order from your charter. Services can't be started until I have a purchase order/voucher. If you are not using state funds, full payment for the session is required prior to the first lesson, payable via check, cash, Paypal, or Venmo made payable to Annette Gojkovich or email account for Paypal/Venmo is spanishwithannette@gmail.com
